1. Contest Period - The Flooring America Design Center - Karastan Flooring Giveaway begins September 8, 2026 and ends November 2, 2026. All entries must be received by the end of the contest period to be eligible.
2. Eligibility - The contest is open to eligible participants who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Employees of Flooring America Design Center, KW Flooring, its affiliates, participating vendors, including Karastan and Mohawk, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter - To enter, complete the official contest registration during the promotional period. No purchase is required to enter. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise specified by Flooring America Design Center.
4. Prize - One (1) winner will receive up to 500 square feet of qualifying Karastan flooring, which may include Karastan carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), or laminate, with a maximum retail value of $2,500. The prize may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted except at the sole discretion of Flooring America Design Center. If the selected flooring has a retail value below $2,500, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or credit. Karastan Black Label and Karastan Hardwood products are excluded from the prize.
5. Flooring & Installation - The prize applies to qualifying flooring material only. Installation, labor, removal/disposal of existing flooring, delivery, moving of furniture, subfloor preparation, accessories, taxes, and other associated costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. The winning flooring selection is subject to product availability and must be approved by Flooring America Design Center.
6. Winner Selection - One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at registration. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified time, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, another eligible entrant may be selected.
7. Prize Redemption - The winner must redeem the prize within 7 days of notification from Flooring America Design Center. Flooring must be selected from qualifying Karastan carpet, luxury vinyl or laminate products available through Flooring America Design Center. The prize has no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or offers unless expressly authorized by Flooring America Design Center.
8. General Conditions - By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Flooring America Design Center, which are final and binding. Flooring America Design Center reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules.
9. Publicity - Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Flooring America Design Center to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, and general information regarding the prize for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Sponsor - Flooring America Design Center’s participating location(s) include Miamisburg (3160 S Tech Blvd, Miamisburg, OH 45342) and contact information may be provided on the official contest registration materials.
