1. Contest Period - The Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home® Karastan Flooring Giveaway begins September 18, 2026 and ends November 2, 2026. All entries must be received by the end of the contest period to be eligible.
2. Eligibility - The contest is open to eligible participants who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Employees of Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®, KW Flooring, its affiliates, participating vendors, including Karastan and Mohawk, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter - To enter, complete the official contest registration during the promotional period. No purchase is required to enter. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise specified by Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®.
4. Prize - One (1) winner will receive up to 500 square feet of qualifying Karastan flooring, which may include Karastan carpet, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), or laminate, with a maximum retail value of $2,500. The prize may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted except at the sole discretion of Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®. If the selected flooring has a retail value below $2,500, the winner will not receive the difference in cash or credit. Karastan Black Label and Karastan Hardwood products are excluded from the prize.
5. Flooring & Installation - The prize applies to qualifying flooring material only. Installation, labor, removal/disposal of existing flooring, delivery, moving of furniture, subfloor preparation, accessories, taxes, and other associated costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. The winning flooring selection is subject to product availability and must be approved by Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®.
6. Winner Selection - One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at registration. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified time, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, another eligible entrant may be selected.
7. Prize Redemption - The winner must redeem the prize within 7 days of notification from Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®. Flooring must be selected from qualifying Karastan carpet, luxury vinyl or laminate products available through Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®. The prize has no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or offers unless expressly authorized by Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®.
8. General Conditions - By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®, which are final and binding. Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home® reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules.
9. Publicity - Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home® to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, and general information regarding the prize for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Sponsor - Carpetland CarpetOne Floor & Home®’s participating location(s) include Erlanger (3130 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, KY 41018) and Milford (920 Lila Avenue, Milford, OH 45150) and contact information may be provided on the official contest registration materials.
